Welcome to *Football Masters* ("we," "our," "us"). By downloading, accessing, or playing Football Masters (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. These Terms apply to all users who access or use the Service, whether as guests or registered players.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Football Masters.
By using the Service, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and are legally allowed to use the app in your country.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 years old.

2. Accounts

You can play as a guest or create an account using Google, Apple, or Facebook login.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or our policies.

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Football Masters for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
You may not:

Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the app or its content.
Exploit the game for commercial purposes without written consent.
Use cheats, bots, or exploits that interfere with gameplay or give unfair advantage.

4. Virtual Items and In-Game Economy

Football Masters includes virtual resources such as Tickets, Coins, Trophies, Stars, and Avatars.
These have no real-world monetary value and cannot be traded, sold, or exchanged for money.
Purchases of virtual items are final and non-refundable, except where required by the App Store or Google Play refund policy.
We may adjust, rebalance, or remove in-game items or features as part of gameplay updates.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The game may include ads and rewarded ads that grant in-game resources (e.g., Tickets or Coins).
Ads are provided by third-party partners such as Google AdMob, who may collect anonymous usage data.
We may also use third-party analytics (e.g., Firebase) to improve gameplay and performance.
You can disable personalized ads through your device settings.

6. Player Conduct

You agree not to:

Use offensive names, language, or content.
Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or the game’s systems.
Exploit bugs or use automation tools to gain unfair advantages.

Violations may result in temporary suspension or permanent ban from the game.

7. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All trademarks, player photos, club badges, competition logos, and other copyrighted materials appearing in Football Masters are the property of their respective owners.
These materials are used under
fair use
principles for identification and informational purposes only.
Football Masters is
not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by any football club, league, competition, or player
featured in the game.

8. Player Conduct

We may suspend or terminate your access to Football Masters at any time if you:

Breach these Terms or the Privacy Policy.
Engage in cheating, fraud, or abusive behavior.
Violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

You may stop playing and delete the app at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

Football Masters is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the app will be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using the game.

10. Updates and Modifications

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the game at any time.
We may also update these Terms periodically; the latest version will always be available at footballmasters.app/terms.
Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of **Israel**, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to the Service shall be submitted to the **courts of Tel Aviv, Israel**.
